2015 Audi A8

A restyled and revamped Audi A8 recently made its debut, boasting new looks and new technology plus greater fuel efficiency as the result of a mid-cycle refresh. New LED headlamp design and powerful creases in the hood as well as newly designed grille, bumper, and splitter combine to give the A8 model line a wider stance and a more dynamic presence. The rear of the A8 and receives a new tail lamp and a new tailpipe design that further support the sportier exterior.

The interior includes optional ventilation and massage for the front seats, and individual executive-style rear seats are optional on the A8 and A8 L. The L is also available with a leather-covered center console. Several options are also available from four-zone automatic air conditioning to a cooler.

Under the hood, engine choices remain the same as what is currently available in the Audi A8 inventory.  A supercharged 3.0-liter V6 delivering 333 hp and 325 pound-feet of torque is included in the base model, and more power is available from the optional turbocharged 4.0-liter V8, now making 435 hp and 444 lb-ft of torque. There’s also the optional 500-hp 12-cylinder, now offering cylinder deactivation for improved gas mileage.

As for safety, the refreshed Audi A8 now has an enhanced complement of active features. These include active lane assist, which tugs the steering to bring the car back into its lane if it drifts unintentionally across the lane markings. Also there are night-vision pedestrian detection and a fully featured head-up display. Blind-spot warning also continues as part of the A8 package. In addition, you’ll also be able to ensure the safety of parked cars, since optional park assist will be available to steer the A8 into a parking slot. A heads-up display and night vision are also available.
